Customer has set a global Program to work on our ESG (Enterprise and Social Governance ) Roadmap and address the issues that matter his Business
Cusotmer is looking for a PM to help the IT team to support the establishment, collection, aggregation and digital governance of ESG data and metrics associated to the objectives set by Enterprise leadership for this transition.
Working on the global ESG Program, this role brings a functional and methodological expertise handling coordination between the many actors involved.
The PM coordinates closely with all Business stakeholders participating the ESG Program and drives actions by all the technical teams (architects, developers onshore and offshore, security and infrastructure groups, testers, operations) to design, schedule and secure integration & deliveries associated to the IDS ESG Project.
Interacting with ESG Program & IT leadership team, he/she’ll frame the IT components of the Program, mapping ESG requirements into IT implementation scope and phases. Collaborating closely with the Data and Digital team he/she’ll oversee the logical and functional architecture for ESG data collection, aggregation and surfacing and will drive the tooling definition supporting targeted ESG management’s desired features and governance. He/she’ll drive IIT ESG implementation, working with all IT & Business teams supporting it : Business owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from all disciplines contributing to ESG dataset, IT owners of all applications feeding it, Enterprise Architecture & Data Management teams, Cyber Security & Infrastructure teams, external implementation partners supporting the Project… He/she’ll be driving activities and technical teams working on all technologies involved (ESG Solution configuration, ETL implementation, BI delivery…)
He/she’ll closely supports IT VP Enterprise Applications, IT Head of Architecture & Data Management and IT HR & Corporate Domains Senior Manager decisions about projects strategic and tactical orientations.
Bringing perspective between all the teams involved and working as per the framework of the PMO department he/she’ll monitor and provide visibility on the Project status, progress, risks and financials.

IT ESG Project Manager role is to act as a transversal leader between IT & Business teams, driving the delivery involving several technologies with respect to AGILE principles, to ensure implementation activities are under control and to support communication & coordination with the various teams involved.
Role would typically include:
-Support Business Requirement mapping and prioritization, setting the overall scope and objectives for IT implementation project and establishing the baseline for flexibility and fast time to market as per Agile principles.
-Establish IT Project Business Case to validate the planned investments. Frame IT Project as per Customer PMO standards
-Deliver ESG Data modelling, in close collaboration with ESG Data Architect and ESG Program team, designing ESG data objects and metrics considered for the target reporting and disclosure
-Oversee the Project design phase with Enterprise Architecture team, setting the high level technical data architecture and selecting/sourcing the solutions supporting ESG metrics aggregation, management and governance.
-Oversee the detailed technical design around target solutions, ETL and BI layers, driving specification phase with Business analysts and technical experts
-Technical activities sequence and scheduling in Sprints avoiding technical conflict, handling impediments and reducing dependencies between actions
-Oversee and manage key deliverables and milestones
-Close, “hands on”, progress follow-up through very frequent reviews and proactive communication to all delivery groups
-Project PMO and Operational & Financial Reporting including management escalation on issues and risk
