• Manage the complete RFP process
• Build the plan for the RFP process
• Collaborate with all the key stakeholders
• Supported with existing documentation and key stakeholders write the RFP document
• issue the document to the pre-identified third-party companies
• Ensure communication flow with the several parties
• Organize appropriate meetings, workshop, proposals reviews
• Supported with the key stakeholders define and build evaluation grid
• Ensure that all documentation is in order
