We are looking for a Project Manager with good experience on O365, AD, SCCM KB and procedures attached to RH Employees Onboarding/Crossboaarding/Offboarding Projet
Modern Workplace PM or Infra PM very much appreciated for this rôle consisting , in collaboration with other functions within the company (HR, Facilities, ) to :
1. Be the lead contact and custodian of IT in theOnboarding/Crossboaarding/Offboarding project and participate in the different phases of the project (design, implementation, testing, etc )
2. Support IT Onboarding/Crossboaarding/Offboarding project Sponsor and SME in defining the to-be process
3. Gather information from different stakeholders on IT Onboarding process and requirements
4. Support alignment of Onboarding processes between different IT regions (1 Global To-be process with local specificities when required)
5. Help the project team in identifying IT Onboarding requirements and complete them in DevOps (SCRUM Board) when requested
6. Document IT To-BE processes involving various teams (iSolv, local IT Business support, O365, AD, SCCM ), KB and procedures attached to such operations and support these various teams transitioning to the target
7. Participate in different project governance meetings (standups, weekly, ...)
Must have:
o 8+ years of professional experience in IT organizations
o Demonstrated experience managing IT support organization and process definition
o ITIL v3 processes certification or seasoned experience
o Demonstrated IT infrastructure experience (Office 365, Active Directory, software management )
o Documentation orientation, experience in IT oriented and end user oriented guidelines and procedures edition
o Demonstrated Change management experience on major IT infrastructure projects
o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project streams & deal with IT resources in international context
o Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
o Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues
o Proven analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
o Team player and process-oriented spirit
Nice to have:
o PMI/PRINCE2 Project Management certification
o Cybersecurity project experience
o Technology enthusiasm, quick learner
o AGILE Project experience
o Demonstrated experience on global and high visibility Program interfacing with Senior IT and Business leadership

Minimum education level: Master’s degree Computer Science, Telecommunication or scientific related field
