-ERP HCM functional domain design
oAnticipate long-term business needs and determines the solution model in accordance with organizational policy.
oIs in charge of defining the CORE model on the given stream and of maintain solution blueprint
oIn charge of defining solution roadmap in accordance to the business strategy in coordination with other modules solution
-Business relationship on specific module
oEnsure communication with Business domain stakeholders in customer Area
oCapture business requirements attached to module’s evolutions
oEnsure communication with Domain Business Relationship Manager for global solutions alignments
oIdentifies and makes recommendations for improvements to ways of working which will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our teams
-Project assessment support
oOn any project involving Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management module impact or evolutions, supports project opportunity assessment
oSupport technical options and recommendations
oSupport project resources evaluation and assignment for ERP module related aspects
oSupport project release management and transition to Run for ERP module related aspects
-Blueprint Design end to end management
oCapture and evaluates all Business requirements associated to the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management
oChair regular Design Authority meetings with domain area stakeholders, defines blueprint designopportunity, priority and roadmap
oDrive Enhancement process Design, Build and Release
oProvide regular follow up and reporting to Domain manager and Business relationship manager about Enhancement delivery
oAnalyzes the most recent developments in order to understand innovative technologies.
oSeeks innovative solutions to integrate new technologies into existing products, applications or services or creating new solutions.
oPromotes his/hergiven domain solution
oShare best practices with the BRO, Business, project/enhancement delivery and support team members.
oInform them on new solutions, capabilities introduced by product releases or new implementations.
oContributes to the training and guidance of other professionals in the field when required
oEnsure any team involved in solution development/deployment are trained on the CORE Model
oDevelops peer networks within and outside the business to enhance own knowledge and expertise
oMust maintain needed skills & knowledge for the applicationsas well as software implemented in his/her given domain. He/she has to take vendor-specific training courses, especially when new versions of software are released.
oMake sure all documentation is delivered from the various stakeholders and available for capitalization
oEvaluates risks for the organization's activity and documents possible risks and action plans to control them.
Some of the accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
ERP Stream Solution Lead Ensures developments are aligned with the strategy and the core model established for the given domain. Within this role controls and providesguidance to the project and enhancement delivery teams.
Main activities are:
•Custodian of the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions for his/her given domain
oEstablishes solution governance
•Ensure coordination with Oracle Fusion ERP Solution stream lead from other domains and compatibility with theirs
•Provides proposals on how to improve/enhancement the blueprint solution
•Work closely with the project delivery team and enhancement delivery team to ensure there is no solution conflict for the ERP
•Leads / participates in the design sessions provding guideance& final approvals for solution design for Oracle Fusion ERP
Oracle Cloud HCM /ERP Small Enhancement Business relationship and delivery
Ensures ERP domain specific Enhancement requests are properly captured and categorized. Lead opportunity and developpement analysis and follow up delivery process securing quality, budget and time comitments attached to it.
Oracle Cloud HCM /ERP Special Study – Project support
Participate on delivery of special project assigned to the ERP functional domain (scope, timeline, resources, support and guidance on functional analysis). In charge of providing inputs for his/her domain. Support all HR Stream lead activities refered to above in the framework of the project.
The current assignment is a full time position with the following requirements:
-Broad range experience on the given stream: ideally strong experience in various business contexts. 5 years minimum.
-Understanding of the interlocked structure between the various streams of the ERP (and interfaced applications
-Understanding of customer business and back-office business processes
-Understanding the technical architecture concepts
-Good “client-facing”, able to do general and detailed wide-audience presentations
-Project management capacities: planning, follow-up, risk assessment and escalation.
-Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
-Strong Customer Service ethic and presentation
Knowledge & Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Business /Management. Master’s degree a plus.
-Ten or more years of IT and business/industry work experience
-Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Fundamentals (cross module)
-Hands on implementation and configuration experience in Oracle Fusion
-A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
-The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
-Able to work effectively in a matrix-management environment.
-Understanding of project management knowledge areas.
