We are looking for an Analyst Support Level 2 with experience on ARAS PLM
She/He will have interactions with IT domains acting directly and indirectly in the proper PLM functioning and performance.
ARAS PLM Support Level 2 responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor PLM availability and performance.
Generate PLM KPIs reporting and share with Business and IT Owners.
Collect feedback and requests from Support L0/L1 Team, reporting activity and KPI from Support Level 0/1.
Support IT Teams on PLM operations.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Analyze escalated incidents, requests, issues, monitoring problem resolution, ensuring business best practices spread, checking IT configuration changes, requesting assistance to Support Level 3.
Update and maintain data model as per business approved requests of object changes.
Be able to propose improvements, prioritize, analyze and review new requirements submitted.
Manage PLM Releases by coordinating UAT, Delivery and Deployment phases.
Perform application performance testing.
English : written & spoken.
Have followed ARAS Innovator Essentials and Configuration trainings.
Team management capability.
Capacity of managing several topics in parallel by demonstrating responsiveness.
Having coordination, analysis, communication and training skills.
Well organized and able to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines.
Resilient, adaptable and able to deal effectively with ambiguity/changing priorities.
Excellent team player with ability to working closely with others to deliver results.
Nice to have:
Knowledge and experience in Agile Development Methodology.
Significant understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
Experience in working in manufacturing companies.
Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
1+ year working on ARAS PLM functional support and/or development.
