Job scope:
Production support including:
- interface monitoring
- incidents management by working closely with internal and vendor stakeholders
- changes/enhancements to match company strategy and business needs.
Active stakeholder in application roadmap definition and implementation including decommission activities
Regular short travel of 1-2 days in France may be done (Sens, Marseille).
